Nothing major, the business has turned a corner (just look at the staff retention level) over the period I've worked there. There have been hard times, but this is in the past.
Like any boutique agency (family) there are occasional internal conflicts. If you want an easy going salaried position, look elsewhere. Most team members carry a high level of responsibility and pressure, so there's nowhere to hide (or colleagues to blame) when work delivered is of a poor standard or doesn't get done in timely fashion.
Time management is an issue at any agency. Under scoping work still happens and it's unlikely this can be completely resolved.
