Pros
The best part is the people and the mission. The team is strong and pretty down to earth. The bar is high, but it feels fair. Culture wise it’s very ownership driven. If something is off, you are expected to pick it up, and people will usually jump in to help.
We also have real enterprise customers using the product, so you see the impact fast. And there’s some international exposure too, which keeps things interesting and pushes me to grow.
Cons
It’s a demanding place, people are expected to deliver, and it’s obvious when you don't. Priorities can change fast as the company figures out what matters most.
Also, do not have big company resources, so you have to be comfortable improvising and making progress without everything being fully set up.
