      Pros

      Good clients and work life balance just because you work only at client places.

      Cons

      Not at all flexible to pay the right salary standard, they compare with local wages standard with IT salary standards. Pay something like a salary of Junior Developer to a Senior Developer. Bringing people from India to Sweden on low investments and making more personal money is not good won't last long. Giving stupid perks like mobile phone which is not needed at all. Even any Indian can go and buy an iPhone 7 today where we are getting iPhone 10 in market.

      very good automotive client base. maintains good relation with there clients Top management is reachable to every one They really take good care of employee

      Cons

      Nothing much, the company is in its raising phase, have to improve and streamlined process
