Cons
-No work etiquette -No Process Flow -Senior Management sucks, CEO of this company is a complete Loser, COO even a bigger loser who considers himself a Genius but actually cant even Manage or Handle single project properly. -Company give fake promises to Clients and expects Developers to achieve those Unrealistic timelines, and if not done at time, they blame you for loss of Project and forcefully put you in PIP (Performance Improvement Period) -If you ever have a different opinion for any project Plan or put forward your ideas (which hurts the so called intelligence of Senior Management), again you will be put under PIP. -If you say no to working after office Hours again you will be under PIP. -You will be called on Saturdays and work from Home on Sundays. -Biggest of all, they will hire you at the package you expect, and will never give salary on time, And when you ask when your salary will come, they ask "Why do you need Salary", or even after that you will get it in 2 parts. -Don't waste your time for this fraud company.
