Flagrantly appalling leadership - Anonymous employee Sinclair Employee Review

Good place to work and very welcoming.

No cons for the moment. They really care about its employees.

No required work on the weekends

This company is going out of business. Terrible products, always breaking. They hold a vice grip on their customers by holding their licensing to use the device hostage. Their devices are very cheaply made and always fail, just a matter of time. They force customers who are still financing devices to purchase outrageously expensive warranties in order to “fix” the devices they are still financing. Benefits sucks. Be prepared to pay at least 6-800 a month in order to have an insurance plan that won’t put you in crippling debt. The leadership all get free healthcare while you essentially pay for it. They call all their customers liars and cheats. They talk bad about the same people who sustain their own business. They can their employees with zero sympathy. They pull you into a mass meeting and fire massive chunks of people at a time with no compensation and don’t fulfill the pay you earned. This is the absolute worst company you could possibly work for. I would avoid this place like the plague. Perfect example of how to not run a business.
