Pros

-Great benefits package -Opportunities for advancement (if you know the right people and/or are willing to relocate)

Cons

-Employment contracts for some positions that especially take advantage of entry-level workers. Beware and do your research before signing anything! -Awful management -"Clicky," abusive, demoralizing work culture -Very high turnover rate -Terrible hours, will keep you on night shift if you are unlucky enough to start there -Lackluster wages -Unreasonable performance expectations -Incredibly high levels of stress that can lead to serious health problems

Thank you for taking a moment to share that feedback. We are sorry to read that your time at Sinclair was unsatisfactory and we are hopeful that your experience was isolated. No employer wants to hear that former staff members struggled with their work environment. We would be happy to talk about the issues you experienced with management and the overall work culture so that we can hopefully make changes that will benefit the whole organization. Please feel free to email employment@sbgtv.com so we can set a time to discuss your concerns. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

Cons

Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

Pros

Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

Cons

Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
