Management play favoritism
Management behaves like a dictator...they tries to impose forcefully decision on Team members..and mind it you can't refuse them.. otherwise they will not let you work peacefully.
No proper training , no Sense of Responsibility by senior staff members.
No manners no etiquettes like working among villagers who have a lot of attitude in them.
Policy is fake. They make their rules and when required they break it.
No fix salary date
No increment policy. Some get and some don't even if you work hard.
If you leave organisation, they hold your pending salary and only clear if you have high outside approach.
