Pros

20 days leave, $5 Co-pay Medical, Free Dental $300/annum, extra Maternity leaves for mothers, friendly environment, fruits day, monthly birthdays/ festive catering & team building for staff almost every quarterly. Stable environment for now. Good place for retirement.

Cons

Low remuneration in general. Almost none existence of variable bonuses. No AWS at all. Low salary increment. Management doesn’t believe in rewarding ground staff when company is doing well. Every year also report not doing well. Different hierarchy are under different bonus schemes. Higher management gets the bonuses while ground staffs doesn’t. Not much room for growth or progression. Low morale due to no bonuses.

Pros

Business doing much better now. More budget available

Cons

Too many women have been pushed out over recent years; influence continues to sit within a tight male-dominated circle. In redundancy periods, female employees often appear more vulnerable.
