      Beautiful campus in Northern CA with amazing, loving, talented faculty, staff and students.

      Cons

      Simpson continues to improve in spite of multiple setbacks (eg.Covid, state finance and cost). they are getting better every year with 13% growth as they continue to recruit people who are bought into the faith mission.

      Simpson's staff and faculty are some of the best people I have ever worked with. They are completely dedicated to serving our students and family. Generous vacation times and a purpose-driven vocation.

      Very approachable, considerate staff & faculty

      Cons

      Underpaid. Worked just short of full time, which meant low pay and no benefits, as is the case with many adjuncts in the US sadly.
