Thank you for raising the issues you have, we're always happy to talk to our colleagues, but appreciate that sometimes work gets in the way. If you have any questions we'd encourage you to raise them in your quarterly review or please take advantage of the opportunity to ask a question at one of our regular all colleague calls (the SMT are happy to get questions during the calls or you can send them in beforehand - anonymously if you want).
