No processes or training at all. They bring up metrics you’re lacking in for your review that no one is following and you were never trained to follow. Everyone does their roles and tasks completely different. PM management does not do team meetings or touch points with team or let you know when they’re out of office or anything. They expect you to navigate through issues and understand carriers process when they don’t provide the resources or information so you can succeed. Let’s not get started on management helping you with
issues and escalations. They spend too much time gossiping and eating on the company’s dime but want to nickel and dime your salary and bonus. If you’re not puckering up to leadership or in the family please expect low wages and a passive aggressive quarterly review.
