Pros
- Very experienced and knowledgeable colleagues who are more than happy to help and share their expertise. - Relaxed culture with flat organisational structure where feedback and positive criticism is encouraged and then acted upon. - Trusted to get on with your work and produce results without the need for micro-management. Not purely measured on input but more on your output. - Great work-life balance, can work remotely when need to. - Diverse range of projects and customers - keeps work interesting and varied. - Great pay.
Cons
- Some processes lack structure e.g. there is no formal or structured on boarding, although this is expected within such a new organisation. - Steep learning curve with many staff being incredibly technically gifted can be a bit daunting. - Quite a lot of travel involved but I guess that’s typical for this industry. - No real cons so far!
