From bi-weekly office lunches to Summer Fridays (which often continue into fall), they know how to balance excellence with warmth. Despite the challenges of COVID, Simone not only endured—it expanded. With a diverse portfolio across healthcare, retail, industrial, and office properties throughout the tri-state area, it’s a dynamic place to grow. Five years in, it still feels new, and I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
