You can trust this hard-working, empathetic leadership to provide job security and to earn employee loyalty.

Because SimonComputing is a government contractor or sub-contractor, they sometimes don’t have control over the work environment or stability at the employees’ workplaces. However, they are working toward building up some private sector work that should provide them with more autonomy. And they are also excellent negotiators, so while they don’t have control of government contracts, they find ways to protect their employees.
