I’m surprised this place hasn’t already undergone investigations. Constant gaslighting from leadership about positive changes ahead but every-time things don’t go as planned (numbers wise for the business) employees are blamed for not working hard enough and for not coming into the office. The CEO runs the company like a narcissistic man baby who yells at employees in racist and sexist tirades and the rest of leadership allows it to happen and blames it on a “cultural difference”. Layoffs are the go to for solving problems
