Pros: • You gain real, hands-on sales experience that no book or course can teach. • The commission structure pushes you to become financially driven and disciplined. • Management sets very high standards, which helps you grow fast if you can handle pressure. • Team energy is competitive but motivating. everyone wants to be the best. • After one year and a half, I left with enough money and confidence to open my own online sales academy.

Cons

• Pressure can be high, especially near the end of the month or targets. • Work-life balance isn’t always easy. it’s very results-driven. • You have to handle rejection daily, so not everyone can adapt to the pace. • Commission can fluctuate in the first 3-4 months, so you learn early how to manage your money better.
