No Growth, No Appreciation, Poor Management - Anonymous employee Simantel Group Employee Review

We read your review with great interest. Employees often come into our organization in one role and aspire to something else. We love that, and we try to support them. We have so many people that came here in one role and are now in a different one because their skills took them in a new direction and success followed. This is in the best interest of growth for the employees and Simantel. We’re sorry you are disappointed with your time at Simantel, and we wish it wasn’t the case. We believe in providing our employees an environment in which to learn and grow, hoping they will make the most of the opportunities they have. We know it doesn’t feel good to think you did not accomplish what you wanted to at Simantel, but we hope you have been able to move forward in your career and accomplish those things where you are now.
