Good benefits and good salary

Cons

Micromanagement, lack of information, very very extensive training which is not very helpfull in the actual job. Huge differences between the atmosphere and pressure between departments, like you are working for completely different companies. Stiff and enforced management style. Agile is only a name, You don't have retros, you are not estimating, you are to work quickly and quietly. It is best not to ask questions. You will not learn anything outside of main software which is only used there.

Pros

The company offers excellent benefits, and compensation is generally slightly above market. Management is very flexible when it comes to working hours, which supports a healthy work–life balance. The people are smart, collaborative, and great to work with.

Cons

There have been many internal changes with limited direction and a lack of clear long-term vision. The North America management team can be challenging to work with at times, with a more controlling approach, including a push to return to the office through badge tracking.
