24/7 Schedule that rotates but they give you some flexibility to swap with other staff Hybrid work schedule - 2 days in office

Pros

Great experience to work here with a wonderful group of people! They value their employees and treat you like family.

Cons

Can't think of one right now. Maybe a little more organization on the technical side but barely needed due to great team and communication.
