      Pros

      Good pay good benefits nice environment understanding with past records. Willing to give you a chance. They do a lot for their employees, cookouts and such catered meals. Good work environment. Only 14 or 15 days a month.

      Cons

      Point system could be improved upon. Pto could be better but it's not bad. Hr has a bit of an attitude but I've had worse.

      Pros

      Only work 15 days a month. Flexible. Good benefits. If you want to advance you can by working hard and learning everything you can. Very understanding of your past and will give you an opportunity.

      PTO could be better. Pay could be better

      Pros

      Every other weekend off and every other Monday off to pay my bills.

      Cons

      You don't get promotions. There are a few people that have been there for a long time and don't get promotions. And the people that the senior employees train become the senior employees boss. Some times there is no break for the senior employees. The new hires make about the same senior employees. You can't move up in this job.
