-People here are great, I made friendships that go beyond the job.
-The benefits are pretty good, employee contributions are on the lower end. I also appreciate the PTO day for community service and the fitness reimbursement plan.
-I love the employee events like birthday treats (when they still had them) and the holiday party
Cons
-There is little to no internal promotion opportunities anymore. When roles have opened up, they have gone to external candidates, or they bring someone in from the location in Europe.
-Patchy communications from corporate, as well as corporate boasting the record-breaking profits on the internet, and then our bonuses would get cut - left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.
-Salaries are pretty frugal
-Senior management seem to be in a micromanagement mindset and caring about the wrong things
-HR and management have made some bad choices when it comes to employees lately that I don't agree with
