flexible, great pay, have met some great people. Management & training is outstanding!

The biggest problem was workers who couldn't/wouldn't learn yet thought they should still have a job. When the failed experiment of a chat room (failed because losers thought they could just write anything they wanted to bashing the company and the management/training/recruiting, and thought it was acceptable) the company went a different route. No more remote workers. Blame it on the losers everyone.

Working for Sigtrack has been an amazing experience. The flexibility to work independently while still receiving support whenever needed has been a game-changer. The manager in charge of employees and staff development is incredibly supportive and never more than an email or zoom call away when needed.

They've moved away from hiring work at home contractors. All new employees are hired and trained by management on location.
