Pros
Great commission structure and benefits package. Diverse and open client base without the red tape surrounding many agencies. Autonomy and agility/flexibility around working, this in particular has been great for me and a really big sell. It's not a blame culture and the whole team/environment is really set up/ want you to succeed. Being attached now to a wider group has opened up alot of opportunity and structure to progression which is great. The legacy of previous posts has definitely changed/ moved on. Would recommend to a friend :)
Cons
Being a smaller business does sometimes mean that certain process's/ clarity around direction can be open to change. Which dependant on who you are could be perceived as a pro or con.
