Company was gutted - Market Manager Signal Outdoor Advertising Employee Review

Signal is a company that cares about you as a person. I have been with the company for over 8 years and what I notice is the growth we made as a company. Signal gives their employees the tools needed to do what ever your job may be. Account Executives, Operations, Administrative Assistance and as Managers we have great support from our Corporate office. Many people in our company have been in the OOH industry for many years which helps when you need guidance. One of the pros that I find fantastic is how Signal welcomes people outside of the industry and gives the training needed to help progress and become professionals in an industry that is not going anywhere. OOH is a constant and if you have doubts, statistics from OAAA support this. I have never been in a situation where new investors come in and bring new executives that make promises and actually keep every promise, until now. Signal kept their word when new executives came in 2013 and made this place a positive, motivating enjoy coming to work for. They promote from within and truly care about your well being.

The Cons I have come from previous investors and Local management that are prior to the end of 2013. I understand why people wrote negative from prior years and I think it is important to know that the company has made large improvements and keep an open mind to hear new ideas. I do not have any Cons for Signal in today's company environment.

It has a good market and it had good people.

Taken over by corp raiders, and they pushed out everyone, without an offer. Just bullying. I was at my number by month 5 of the year and leading in multi year contracts, so i was one of the last they got rid of. They bring a group of people from victim to victim(company to company), to clean house, take out all decent salaries and good managers some at 150 percent of quota, and 15 years w the company. Destroy a few families, whatever you gotta do to get that bank account to show a few more million. Bragging about his boats and half a million in decorators fees every chance, all the while working people out of the business, even when over quota.
