Cons
They will do everything in their power to manipulate you. You will find even just getting paid to be a challenge, as almost a month into my working at the worksite they had still not paid me and didn't even have my bank info to pay me. They will put you in a 1099 even if you are clearly not working as an independent contractor- this means you will pay your own (and significantly higher) taxes, you will get no employer sponsored health insurance so you have to buy this yourself, you will have no PTO or sick time or holidays. I barely spoke to anyone at the company beyond "sign this piece of paper" so nobody explained the difference between the W2 and 1099 situations, and now that I know I'm passing this info on to you. If none of us are willing to work for these companies, they'll cease to exist. Be cautious of contract companies working with other contract houses. Ask all the questions. Show your paperwork to someone who can give you advice before you sign.
