Pros
The coworkers were great. If makeup/brushes get damaged in transit, they offer them for free to employees. You get any new launch for free.
Cons
I literally needed therapy after leaving this company. I wish I was kidding. The male owner comes once a month and will verbally degrade employees to their face in so-called 'meetings'.
Actual quotes from him:
1. You are car batteries and if you do not press your start button, I will get a new battery.
2. You will learn to sell when your children begin to starve.
3. You cannot rely on a rich man to marry you.
4. I will kill you, go to prison, and when I get out, I will kill you again.
5. Go ahead and sue me, my lawyers are better than yours.
Those are off the top of my head.
He will yell at you, belittle your intelligence, then before he leaves he will tell you he loves you and will thank you for your hard work.
They also let go nearly 20% of the company and then hosted an 'employee appreciation day' celebration the same week.
