Pros

Easy schedule, flexible hours made having a life easy. Employees were mostly great to work with

Cons

Training was a joke, there was no actual professional training, nobody took the time to work with you, it was very much a teach yourself this piece of software, and how everything works, type of positions. They gave you a piece of software and hoped you learned how it worked in a few weeks. Not nearly enough employees for the amount of clients you were asked to work. Metric design also actively punished the system working properly..... which makes no sense at all. Company actively worked to take bonuses away from the employees, at one point taking all bonuses away from the employees with 1 day notice, thereby hiding their intent from the employees, an absolute trash move.

Pros

Fully remote work. Team members are supportive and a pleasure to work with. Great medical benefits. Great work/life balance.

Cons

I have been with this company for 8 years now and have been through the tough times. Tycene is creating a new leadership team that has the vision to make necessary changes needed to drive this company forward and succeed.

Pros

We had the best RCM team - be sure to see the Cons though…

Cons

Sightview recently gained some “top level” employees that truly think they know it all about revenue cycle management, however they used to ask us for help or understanding, weekly. The new CEO and her little clique are the most back stabbing people you could ever meet - makes sense of why they’re so close. They will convince you that your job is protected but you will be given no notice and will be let go before you can blink. Oh questions? Please don’t ask. They don’t have the answers. They’re losing clients by the day and have lost an entire team of great people who did know how to manage the revenue cycle. Due to the high turnover rate and the amount of people that have quit, they should take a look in the mirror because their actions have caused such. Oh, most importantly, the CEO and her other executives are the most discriminating people you could ever meet - offshore? Oh they can’t stand them (even though they’re the ones who truly do the exhausting work). Compliance? They share usernames and passwords for portals, which is highly illegal for government payers. “Their system MVE?” Oh, it’s so wonderful that when you login, you can see every action someone else is taking while you’re trying to complete your own tasks - that’s also a compliance issue as some people should not be looking at the same accesses as others. Trust when I say, I will scream from the mountains how terrible this company is and highly recommend any healthcare facility to run far away from this one.
