We're pleased to hear that you have a good work-life balance and find most of your colleagues friendly and helpful. However, we acknowledge your concern about politics within management. To address this issue effectively, we kindly request that you reach out directly to provide specific examples or details to help us understand the areas where you perceive politics to be a challenge.
In order to foster open dialogue, we encourage you and all employees to utilize the available channels for sharing feedback, such as team meetings, one-on-one discussions, the anonymous feedback tool or anonymous surveys, or meeting with your People Business Partner. By providing specific instances or behaviors that contribute to the perception of politics, we can take targeted actions to address these concerns. We have a zero-retaliation policy for people who provide feedback and take this responsibility seriously on the People Operations team.
