Pros
Known company, work from home was great Very flexible. Sometimes their employee appreciation benefits were cool
Cons
Benefits sucks Constant blame game and finger pointing No stability, names and titles are always changing. Management were more focused on their title than their job If you don’t fit their mold, they will squeeze you out. Or make your life miserable until you leave. A manager said to me word for word “I don’t understand you. I can’t tell if you’re an introvert or an extrovert” —— why does that matter. You get the professional side of me and that’s it. They pretend to care and then smile at you during your exit interview as if they won a prize after you’ve been booted And if you think you’ve found a friend there, you haven’t.
