Partiality, unfair assessment, mismatched expectations - Senior Software Developer Siemens Employee Review

Inconsistent expectations. No scope to grow. No learning curve time given to new employees. Manager's word is final. Too much work politics. They put you on PIP if you show them what's wrong with the management. Even after I managed to achieve all my goals in PIP I was not cleared. Was asked to resign because I wasn't ready to put in extra time to understand domain requirement.
