Middle and upper management don't care about the employees needs; Middle management - managers only interested in their own career; Allot of overtime work - also often on weekends and holidays, Same mistakes and deficits in project and business processes over years; Unprofessionel and chaotic reorganisations allmost every year (since 2000); Management is inept in making decisions and stay on line
