Pros
Great pay and great people! The business structure was interesting and challenging.
Cons
Too much red tape! Remember, there is only one way to run this business and it is the Siemens way!! In other words, if you are looking to make a mark for change, forget about it! The Executive management team cared less about their employees and didn't bother to take the time to pool some great ideas that would have made a world of difference in many of the sectors. To sum it, they're a bunch of bullies.
