Siemens offers their employees great benifits and access to lots of training. Most people are willing to help out to get the job accomplished and be a valuable resource.
Cons
There is no room for advancement unless you are hired into a rotational program. It is very hard to move around internally and get promotions. They place high values on ratational participants and overlook everyone else.
