      Pros

      Better learning oppportunities. Roaming job makes you aware about countryside national experience. Great opportunity provided for the beginners in the automation industry.

      Cons

      Job involved lots of trips outside the mumbai based office and thus at some point of time it was very difficult to balance the personal and professional life.Also the monotonus job profile was after some point of time was not value addition to the future growth prospects.

      Cons

      Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
