Pros
The company has quite extensive benefits to offer. It's seems very stable since it is financed by Samsung and Samsung is continuously growing. There are several teams in the company, also many styles of management, so the environment might be different (for good or bad) depending on which team you are.
Cons
The company is very hierarchical, I didn't feel much freedom to make part of decisions, but I guess that's what happens with big companies. It's also a research institute, so it can be confusing on when to focus on development and research, as the development is often an urgent matter, but your manager expect you to do research as well.
