Pros

The people are some of the brightest and the most humble coworkers I’ve ever had in my life. Leadership cares so much and I couldn’t imagine my life without the friendships I have made at this company. The work is rewarding in a challenging way. Clients are great and the products are so interesting.

Cons

I would say try your hardest to keep the company feeling small and close. Protecting the great community you have built is going to be hard work but it will be your greatest asset as you continue to grow.

Pros

Leadership team is ethical and cares about what they are doing. They also hire quality folks

Cons

They are kinda ramping down in volume, so not as much opportunity to work with them as before.

Pros

As a Product Manager at Sidebench, you'll always be tackling new and interesting problems. Teamwork plays an essential role and requires someone who is willing to bring everyone together. This is one of the roles I deeply enjoyed at the company during my tenure. * Well rounded and top notch product team - BD, Product, Design, Delivery, and Leadership * Clear company transparency * Solid Director of Product Delivery and Product Team * You'll get to work on a variety of products * The discovery and scoping process at Sidebench is one of the most enjoyable activities to do at Sidebench as a Product Manager. * You'll get to help shape how a project and product gets defined * Pushes employees to extend their current skill set with an education stipend * Plenty of opportunities to grow and shine in your role * Team members who'll turn into your family * Leadership cares about the health and well-being of their employees * Pet-friendly office - Culture Club - company outings, lunches, bdays, anniversaries - Remote Days - Vacation Days - Health Insurance - Snacks

Cons

No real cons to be honest... Unless you find being independent and not told what to do step-by-step intimidating. They will supply you necessary tools, resources, and education to succeed but will not hold your hand. You're the master of your own ship here at Sidebench.
