- Interview Process: From the first phone call with HR to the final round with a Senior Partner, the recurring theme any candidate will be acutely aware of is the affability of every Sia employee. Interviews will feel like genuine conversations. On the technical side, it's apparent that consultants and partners know their markets extremely well; many have been recruited from Big 3 or Big 4 and the expertise is apparent. Hiring process was timely and communication was thorough throughout. A growing firm needs to establish a foundation of excellence and if Hessed is any indication for Sia's future in North America, then the future looks bright. - Compensation: Salary is fair and benefits are in line with industry. The intangibles are what make Sia Partners stellar: work-life balance, opportunities for growth, supportive work culture, and flexibility. Generous support from upper management but must be willing to communicate and buy in to firm's growth mission. - Opportunity: Entry-level consultants will find numerous opportunities to learn the industry and be exposed to different sectors. Cons
- Growing firm: Sia Partners is still in a relatively nascent period of establishing it's presence in North America. Not necessarily a negative if you are eager to help build a team and also contribute to the direction the North American branches will take. The resources are there but the onus is on consultants to utilize the tools available to them. Don't apply if coasting or a cushy salary is your incentive. Work hard and play hard at Sia; you will get more than you put in but you must put in a lot.
