Pros
Great people doing the work, competitive benefits, and some middle management willing to lend a hand.
Cons
Dated technology, C-Suite leaders appear to not understand the current product landscape, decisions are made without much thought or care for impact to employees, clients, et al. You have to threaten to leave to get raise, a title promotion or any consideration for either. The company has leaned so far into DEI that it has lost the plot when it comes to what the function of a business is. It then uses these initiatives as a measure of success, while clients churn and talent runs out the door. Layoffs are common and announced on EMEA time, which means North American Employees get to wake up to bad news about every six months. Oh, and they don't actually announce who is terminated, laid off, etc., you have to find out when that person doesn't show for a client call or internal sync - Super professional. There is more to share, but others have done that more eloquently than I can; just read the reviews that are not obviously written in house as a means to pad the rating.
