New C-level running company to the ground - Anonymous employee Showpad Employee Review

- since new CEO took over, it’s been going downhill (not reaching the numbers but also culture changed completely) - the entire leadership team got replaced with a bunch of Americans who are toxic and only care about themselves (awful leadership) - career opportunities became non-existent, communication between departments and amongst them is awful - compensation plans got re-designed over and over to make it harder for people to earn money - work life balance was great, later the work environment became so toxic it was hard to shut off after work - pretty much 80% of all people I worked with (either directly or indirectly) have been laid off or resigned, the company has a super high attrition rate - competition has beat the company long time ago, even Highspot has doubled down in size though they entered the market much later and where behind for many years
