Pros
- Team members are really great people that work very hard but are rarely recognized for their efforts - When you travel, you travel in style meaning eating at good restaurants and staying in nice hotels
Cons
- Titles mean absolutely nothing to them. They promote individuals without giving new responsibilities and are surprised when expectations are not met. - Turnover is insane there. Most senior advisor has 1 year experience so knowledge is never being passed down. There is always a knowledge gap. - You work an enormous amount of hours each week only to be told that its not good enough because you can never meet their expectations. - They tend to choose "victims", meaning they pick on one person until they grow bored if they don't get a reaction. They make every day miserable. If you defend yourself, then you are called names. - Paychecks bounce from time to time - They constantly ignore clients requests and leave it up to you to still try and make them happy - They make you question your personal morals - If you do decide to leave, they have you leave right there on the spot. You cannot say goodbye to your clients or spread any of your knowledge to the other team members.
