Pros
Smart people who are all friendly and willing to help each other, very interesting transactions, good team spirit in the legal team working together across London, Berlin and rest of Europe.
Cons
Working with people who are driven sometime means more pressure, but I prefer this than boring, 'tick the box' work you find in larger organisations.
