Pros
The people are helpful. Tasks assigned are bearable. Depends on the department you are in. The hybrid of work mode allow you to WFH if you work in night shift, of course it subject to change according to the higher management approval, from time to time.
Cons
Rotational shift can be tiring. A lots of manual and repetitive work, less alignment of product knowledge between employee and leads. Lesser employee benefit after the adjustment.
