Associate Director of technology is incompetent has zero people management skills. Tries to belittle their employees in every possible way Chief Product Officer has been a silent spectator to everything happening in the company. CEO has been trying to be a dictator with his strong influence. Attrition rate of the company is a clear indicator of their work culture. Employees face excessive work life balance issues with micro management at its peak level. Mental health of the employees is being compromised. Being blind about people just revenue and numbers are prime focus. Funds have started sinking and lay offs has been in focus all the time. Lack of morale, integrity and ethics.
