-Great Communication with management -Fantastic employee benefits including tuition reimbursement program -Opportunities to work your way up in the company

-There is a pretty good chance we are going out of business -I wish the food was a little better

- easy upward mobility - good coworker moral - everybody working towards a common goal: to reach restaurateur

- having to go overtime when it was not planned for - they sometimes switch people to different locations, and it's not clear how much say the workers get over that happening - some people who get hired only last a couple days before they are let go, which puts into question the judgement calls during the hiring/interview process
