Pros
Great culture and there's a very flat hierarchy, making it very easy to get things done. People are generally very willing to share/teach you new things, as long as you ask for it. Plenty of growth opportunities as the company supports cross-team transfers to help individuals learn new things. No micromanaging (at least within my team), and the bosses trusts in the team to get the work done.
Cons
Everything about the work in ShopBack is time-sensitive, so this means that work-life balance may be tough during peak periods. Culture is definitely getting more "corporate" as the company grows and there are more middle managers, which may or may not be a good thing as this means that there's more "layers" to go through to get things moving.
