Shootsta really is it's people.. everyone who currently works here are really passionate, kind and supportive. The CEOs are super hands-on, approachable and constantly looking to improve the company. They’ve set a standard for everyone else who works here and if you’re on board with their vision, you can really thrive! There are some reviews here about being too fast paced or having to work hard, you have to work hard to be successful in any job. Compared to other jobs in video, film or television; Shootsta has a better work/life balance and no one takes themselves too seriously!
Cons
Shootsta is a very male dominated workplace. However, this is something which is openly talked about with management and they are looking to change, improve and be more inclusive.
