You know what I love about working with a small company like ShootDotEdit? What you personally contribute makes a HUGE impact. You can make a huge impact on the company, a huge impact on your coworkers and friends, and a HUGE impact on the customers.
You’re asked frequently to think deeply about your role, about what and you do and how you do it. They’re always looking to optimize and get better, and are very open to feedback on anything that can deliver better results for you or the customers. It’s been really nice to see how my ideas and feedback have been put into place, and how those updates have literally changed the lives of the customers.
But the best part is that you are not just a nameless, faceless cog in the machine. Every teammate is a mission critical teammate. It’s just up to you how much you want to put into it, and that'll dictate how much you're going to grow, learn, and forge your own path there.

It’s not a cake walk at ShootDotEdit. If you’re looking for a job to just punch in, crank out some widgets, and punch out, this isn’t it.
