Great community - Software Developer Shoelace Employee Review

Although this review is over 2 years old we want to address it to express what Shoelace is like now. The office location has changed but we still have access to all the great things you mentioned (Subway, restaurants, coffee shops)! Shoelace is a feedback forward company which allows employees/managers to express constructive feedback. The company prides itself on coaching and guiding employees to help them build their strengths and alleviate pain points to help individuals grow. I am sorry you had a bad experience and hope you have found a less confusing place to expand your career.
