Pros
Nice office, free coffee and tea and snacks, free lunch every Thursday. People are friendly, and interns can take full ownership of some of the projects.
Cons
Interns are used as coordinators but paid at the intern level, The salary for interns is too low to have an average life in London if you don't have family support. People here are posh so sometimes fake as well. It's always messy and short-staffed, they need to promote internally or hire more experience employees from outside.
