If CEO is irritated, the mood spreads.
Management is minmal effort and therefore poor leadership and direction.
Bonus/Compensation system is severely flawed. Its not by individual performance, its by the entire company, meaning if a call takes one wrong order, all production bonuses for the month are withheld.
Leadership roles are filled by persons who have biased views/methods, and immaturity at times.

The use of the phrase "initiative" is thrown around as an excuse to not compensate employees or reward or in turn punish employees.
Few opportunities to progress careers.
CEO temper/mood is quick to scold with out proper information.
Healthcare offerings are verbal agreement that CEO/business will cover 60% of costs of medical bills the occur, not a actual healthcare plan. Not a reliable system.
If you are not in CEOs favor, you are treated as someone who doesnt not care for the company.
